The access is through cellular, conventional or public telephone with statewide coverage and soon to be accessed from cell phones.
It is a call operation center, attended by bilingual personnel, highly qualified and service oriented that bases its performance in the use of the best-available communications technology. It is comprised by 12 call assistance protocols and 5 protocols for emergencies. This guarantees an effective coordination with the 066 center of command (the equivalent of 911 in the U.S), with statewide coverage, to assist in emergencies.
