Civil Liability - This coverage protects you in the event you cause bodily injury or property damage to third parties. Coverage is available up to $300,000 U.S. Combined Single Limit for damages you do to others.
Physical Damage and Total Theft of Your Vehicle - This coverage protects you in the event that you vehicle is stolen. You are covered up to the Actual Cash Value (ACV) of the Vehicle less the deductable, also coverage is provided in the event of Fire, Lightning, Strikes, Riots, Natural Disasters such as cyclone, hurricane, hail, earthquake, volcanic eruption, avalanche. Towing and repair services are also covered. Partial theft is not covered, however ACE offer a Platinum package that covers partial theft.
Medical - Mexico Auto Insurance policies will pay medical expenses of the driver and occupants of the vehicle in Mexico for injuries sustained in a covered cause of loss. Mexico car liability insurance coverage is available up to $4,000 for each injured party but not more than $20,000 for all occupants combined. Motorcycles are not eligible for this coverage!
ACE Platinum Assist Package
All ACE Seguros Mexican Auto Insurance policies include Platinum Assist.
Guaranteed Bond and Legal Assistance. Through this service, the Mexican Insurance Company will provide roadside and travel assistance including medical assistance, tourist information, vehicle towing, tire repair etc. These services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
ACE Seguros offers an optional expanded coverage Mexican Auto Insurance policy called ACE Platinum Package. This policy covers partial theft and vandalism coverage. It has fixed deductables, fixed mediical and higher liability limits. instead of adjustable.
